SEO Autopilot connects each client's verified Entity Profile with Keyword Intelligence, Cannibalization Guard, dated content planning, structured draft creation, and agency-controlled review workflows so your team can move from scattered keyword ideas to an organized publishing system.
SEO Autopilot starts with the client information your agency has already verified. It uses Entity Profile services and service areas to keep planning relevant, brings in Keyword Intelligence opportunities, checks for overlapping intent, and turns the strongest targets into a dated content queue your team can control.
Start with a verified client service and, when needed, a verified service area. Keyword Intelligence builds opportunities from the client's actual business context instead of starting from a blank keyword list.
Use services saved in the client Entity ProfileUse verified service areas for local planningBring Keyword Intelligence opportunities into the strategyPrioritize useful targets instead of disconnected ideasChoose a 30-, 60-, or 90-day strategy window, set a weekly content pace, select the content types that fit the client, and exclude topics the system should avoid. CMSPost then turns qualified opportunities into a dated queue.

Use Manual mode for recommendations, Approval mode for human review, or Autopilot mode for the queue-first automation behavior configured for the client.

Client-Specific Plan
SEO Autopilot is designed to organize planning and draft production around the client's verified services, search opportunities, content rules, and agency review preferences.
Generate plans from services and service areas already saved in the client's Entity Profile, helping the strategy stay tied to the business you are actually managing.
Pull qualified keyword opportunities into the planning workflow with scoring, intent, volume, difficulty, and suggested content direction where data is available.
Separate opportunities into Safe to Create, Review Overlap, and Update Existing so the plan can account for pages that already target similar search intent.
Choose the operating mode that matches the agency-client relationship, from recommendations only to human-reviewed drafts or the configured queue-first automation workflow.
Build a strategy around real services, reduce duplicate targeting, create a dated queue, and move qualified opportunities into structured CMSPost drafts.
Instead of treating keyword research, content planning, duplicate checks, and draft production as separate tasks, SEO Autopilot connects them inside the same CMSPost client workspace.
Start with verified client services, locations, and business context stored in the Entity Profile.
Use Keyword Intelligence to identify search opportunities that fit the selected client service and goal.
Use Cannibalization Guard to reduce unnecessary overlap with existing pages and same-intent keyword variants.
Turn qualified targets into dated CMSPost drafts and move them through the operating mode selected for the client.
Apply to the CMSPost Partner Program, receive your secure referral identity, and introduce qualified agencies to a platform created for their daily workflow.
SEO Autopilot organizes the strategy and content workflow while letting the agency decide how much automation is appropriate for each client.
