CMSPost Partner Program

Partner and Referral Terms

These terms govern applications, attribution, eligible commissions, renewals, promotion, approvals, account status, and payouts through the CMSPost Partner Program.

Effective: July 29, 2026Version: 2026.07Applications require approval

Participation is available only to applicants approved by CMSPost. Rates and rules shown in the Partner Portal, an accepted application, or a signed agreement control if they differ from this public summary.

1. Eligibility and approval

Applicants must provide accurate identity, business, contact, website, tax, and payment information. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. CMSPost may approve, reject, condition, or review participation based on program fit, compliance, risk, reputation, promotional methods, and account history.

2. Independent relationship

Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, franchisees, joint venturers, legal representatives, or exclusive distributors. Partners may not bind CMSPost or claim authority beyond the program.

3. Referral links and attribution

  • The standard browser referral period is 30 days unless the Partner Portal displays another period.
  • Attribution may be affected by cookie deletion, privacy settings, cross-device activity, another valid referral, prior customer relationships, or incomplete tracking.
  • CMSPost records control attribution, customer status, payments, refunds, renewals, and commissions.
  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated referrals, circular referrals, and attribution manipulation are prohibited.

4. Eligible commissions

TypeCurrent rateGeneral eligibility
Tier 1 direct referral30%Qualified purchases and eligible renewals directly attributed to the approved partner.
Tier 2 partner referral10%Qualified purchases and eligible renewals attributed through an approved second-tier relationship.

A Qualified Sale is a legitimate purchase successfully paid, not fraudulent, not refunded or charged back, not canceled during an applicable review period, and otherwise eligible.

Commissions are calculated from the eligible net amount actually received, excluding taxes, credits, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, disputed amounts, and non-commissionable items.

5. Recurring renewals

Eligible recurring commissions may continue while the referred customer maintains a qualifying paid subscription, payment is collected, attribution remains valid, and the partner remains in good standing. No commission is earned on failed, reversed, refunded, credited, disputed, fraudulent, written-off, or complimentary transactions.

6. Review period and payouts

  • Transactions may remain pending for at least 14 days for payment verification, fraud review, refunds, and chargebacks.
  • The standard minimum payout balance is $50.00 unless the Partner Portal displays another threshold.
  • Payout timing, method, verification, and tax-document requirements may vary.
  • Accurate payout and tax information is required.
  • CMSPost may hold payment during a reasonable investigation.

7. Permitted and prohibited promotion

Partners may use truthful, authorized marketing methods that accurately describe CMSPost. Partners may not use false or guaranteed claims; bid on protected trademarks without permission; impersonate CMSPost; use spam, purchased lists, deceptive email, unauthorized text messages, cookie stuffing, adware, malware, hidden tracking, fake reviews, undisclosed endorsements, unauthorized discounts, or unlawful and brand-damaging content.

8. Required disclosures

Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material relationship with CMSPost whenever they promote, recommend, review, or link to CMSPost in a context where the relationship may affect how an audience evaluates the recommendation.

Example disclosure“I may earn a commission if you purchase CMSPost through my referral link.”

Disclosures must be easy to notice, understandable, close to the endorsement or link, and appropriate for the format.

9. CMSPost name and brand assets

Approved partners receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use authorized names, links, logos, and marketing materials solely to promote CMSPost. Do not alter assets misleadingly, imply authority not granted, copy proprietary website or software materials, or continue use after participation ends.

10. Confidential information

Nonpublic commission data, customer information, sales records, product plans, security information, software details, unannounced pricing, and partner communications may be confidential and may be used only for authorized participation.

11. Suspension, termination, and changes

CMSPost may suspend or terminate participation for fraud, manipulation, inaccurate information, chargeback abuse, unlawful promotion, brand misuse, non-disclosure, security concerns, breach, or harmful conduct. Valid approved commissions earned before termination may remain payable, but commissions tied to violations, fraud, reversals, or ineligible transactions may be canceled.

CMSPost may change rates, eligibility, attribution, review periods, payout thresholds, and program features prospectively.
