Connect your agency's AI account and give every client workspace an intelligent operating layer. CMSPost brings prospecting, entity intelligence, keyword discovery, strategy, content, GEO pages, publishing, refresh, authority, social, reputation, and lead workflows into one agency-controlled system.
CMSPost uses an agency-controlled bring-your-own-key model for supported AI workflows, but the AI layer now extends far beyond a single content prompt. Each agent works from the selected client account, shared business context, entity data, keyword opportunities, campaign goals, publishing status, and downstream marketing activity so the agency can move from isolated tools to a connected operating system.
Connect and test the agency's own OpenAI project key from CMSPost AI Settings. The agency keeps control of the API account, billing, limits, and model configuration while CMSPost provides the orchestration layer that lets multiple AI-assisted workflows operate inside the same client account.

Agency Control Layer
CMSPost is evolving from a collection of AI-assisted tools into a coordinated agency operating system. Each agent has a specialized job, but all of them are designed to work from the same client context, shared data, agency rules, and publishing workflow.
Finds and qualifies businesses that fit the agency's target profile and feeds opportunities into the acquisition workflow.
Builds and maintains the client's business context—services, locations, differentiators, offers, audience, and other facts agents can reuse.
Surfaces keyword opportunities from the client's services, entity context, market coverage, and SEO priorities.
Turns client signals and keyword opportunities into prioritized recommendations for what the agency should create, improve, or publish next.
Creates structured long-form content, metadata, schema, calls to action, and supporting SEO fields inside the client workflow.
Builds intelligent geographic coverage with location-aware pages, varied sections, FAQs, promotions, hiring blocks, images, and localized content.
Moves approved work through the CMSPost publishing workflow while preserving client assignment, status, and deployment context.
Identifies content that should be revisited and helps the agency update aging pages instead of letting published assets go stale.
Surfaces citation, mention, link, and authority-building opportunities that can strengthen the client's presence beyond on-page content.
Extends approved content into connected social publishing workflows across the client's supported channels.
Supports review and reputation workflows so agencies can keep trust signals connected to the same client operating layer.
Connects forms, inquiries, and conversion activity back to the client account so the agency can see which marketing work is producing response.
Connect the agency's AI layer, understand the client, find the opportunity, decide the next action, execute across the right agent, and keep the outcome visible to the agency.
The goal is not to bolt a chatbot onto a CMS. CMSPost is building an AI workforce that helps agencies identify opportunities, make better decisions, execute client work, distribute it, maintain it, and connect activity back to results.
Prospect and Entity intelligence help the agency understand who to pursue, who the client is, and what matters before content creation begins.
Keyword and Strategy agents turn client data into a prioritized roadmap for content, GEO coverage, refresh, authority, social, and other growth actions.
Content, GEO, Publishing, and Social agents help the agency create structured assets and move approved work into the channels clients actually use.
Refresh, Authority, Reputation, and Lead workflows help the agency maintain visibility, strengthen trust, capture response, and connect work back to outcomes.
