Introduce agencies to CMSPost and earn 30% Tier 1 commissions on qualified purchases and recurring renewals. Approved partners receive a private dashboard, referral link, earnings history, and payout tracking.
No payment is required. Applications are reviewed before reseller access is activated.
Please read the complete reseller terms. Scroll to the bottom, enter your initials, select the agreement checkbox, and choose Agree & Continue. Declining will return you to the application without accepting the terms.
Participation in the CMSPost Reseller Program is subject to application review and approval by CMSPost. Approval is not guaranteed. CMSPost may request additional information, decline an application, suspend access, or end participation when necessary to protect customers, the platform, or the integrity of the program.
Commissions are earned only when a qualified purchase is correctly attributed to the reseller through an approved CMSPost referral link or referral code. Resellers may not claim customers they did not introduce, alter attribution records, create duplicate accounts, use misleading redirects, or interfere with another partner’s referral relationship.
Approved Tier 1 reseller referrals may earn thirty percent (30%) of eligible subscription revenue. Qualified Tier 2 agency partner relationships may earn ten percent (10%). Commission eligibility, recurring treatment, exclusions, and plan-specific rules are determined by the current CMSPost commission policy shown in the partner dashboard and may be updated prospectively.
Commission entries may remain pending during a review period. Refunds, chargebacks, canceled payments, fraudulent transactions, duplicate sales, self-referrals, or other ineligible transactions may be reversed. Approved balances are paid according to the reseller’s payout plan, minimum payout threshold, available payment methods, and required tax or identity documentation.
Resellers must describe CMSPost accurately and must not make false, deceptive, unverified, or guaranteed claims about rankings, revenue, performance, results, savings, or platform capabilities. Resellers are responsible for clearly disclosing their financial relationship with CMSPost whenever required and for following applicable advertising, endorsement, privacy, email, and anti-spam rules.
CMSPost names, logos, screenshots, marketing materials, and other brand assets may be used only for authorized program promotion and may not be modified in a misleading way. Participation does not transfer ownership of CMSPost intellectual property or authorize a reseller to bind CMSPost, sign agreements for CMSPost, or represent that the reseller is an employee or legal agent of CMSPost.
Resellers must safeguard login credentials, referral links, customer information, commission information, and non-public CMSPost materials. Suspected unauthorized access or misuse must be reported promptly. Resellers may use customer information only for legitimate program activity and must not sell, disclose, scrape, or misuse personal or confidential information.
Resellers participate as independent businesses or individuals and are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, insurance, expenses, disclosures, and legal obligations. Participation does not create an employment, franchise, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or agency relationship with CMSPost.
Either party may end participation. CMSPost may suspend or terminate a reseller account for fraud, abusive conduct, policy violations, unlawful promotion, security concerns, non-payment issues, harm to customers, or misuse of the CMSPost brand. Valid approved commissions earned before termination remain subject to review, reversals, payout thresholds, and applicable law.
CMSPost may update the reseller program and these terms. Material changes will apply prospectively after notice or publication of a new version. By entering initials, selecting the agreement checkbox, and clicking Agree & Continue, the applicant confirms that the applicant reviewed these terms, has authority to accept them, and agrees to use electronic records and signatures for this application.
