Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their accounts. Agencies are responsible for managing team members, client users, permissions, and connected accounts.

Client Content and Publishing

Agencies and users are responsible for the content they create, import, approve, publish, or schedule through CMSPost. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use, upload, publish, or distribute content through the platform.

Social Media Connections

When connecting Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms, users must have proper authority to connect the relevant accounts, Pages, or profiles. CMSPost uses authorized platform APIs and OAuth flows. Users must comply with the applicable terms, policies, and rules of each connected third-party platform.

Third-Party Services

CMSPost may integrate with third-party services, including hosting providers, email services, payment processors, social networks, analytics tools, and APIs. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or API limitations.

Billing and Licensing

Paid plans, licenses, subscription terms, domain limits, and billing details are governed by the plan selected at signup or by a written agreement with CMS POST INC.

Acceptable Use

• Do not violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Do not send spam, misleading, deceptive, or unauthorized communications.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to compromise CMSPost or connected systems.
• Do not misrepresent ownership or authorization for client websites or social media accounts.
