CMSPost is a content, communications, and social media management platform for agencies and their clients. This Privacy Policy explains how CMS POST INC. (“CMSPost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users access our website, platform, and related services.

Information We Collect

We may collect information users or agencies provide directly, including name, company name, email address, phone number, account login information, client website domains, business details, content, images, articles, service-area pages, billing/license information, messages, support requests, and social media connection information authorized through third-party platforms.

Social Media and Meta/Facebook Data

If an agency or client connects a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to CMSPost, we only access data the authorized user grants through Meta’s OAuth permission flow. This may include basic profile information, Facebook Pages available to the user, Page access tokens, connected Instagram business or creator accounts, and publishing permissions needed to create or manage approved social media posts.

CMSPost does not ask for or store Facebook or Instagram passwords. Social connections are authorized through Meta’s official login process.

How We Use Information

• Create and manage agency and client accounts.
• Provide CMS, content, SEO, communications, and social media publishing tools.
• Generate, preview, save, schedule, and publish approved content.
• Maintain licensing, onboarding, system updates, security, and platform support.
• Send service-related emails, password resets, account notices, and support communications.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate CMSPost, such as hosting providers, email delivery providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and connected social media APIs, only as needed to provide the service.

Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect account data and platform records. No online system is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk through access controls, authentication, secure platform settings, and limited data use.

Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide CMSPost services, meet legal or business obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support agency/client account history. Agencies may request deletion of eligible account or connected social data.

Your Choices

Users may disconnect social media accounts through CMSPost or through the connected platform’s account settings. Users may also request account review, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us.
