Report a short chain from visibility to engagement to business outcome, with context about what changed and what happens next.
1. Show qualified organic clicks/impressions by important service and local query groups rather than one average rank.
2. Report leads: calls, forms, bookings, direction actions, or other conversion events tied to organic/local sources.
3. Include landing pages driving those outcomes so the client can see which assets matter.
4. For local SEO, show GBP actions and geographic visibility trends where reliable.
5. Highlight completed work and explain the reason for major changes in traffic or leads.
6. End with the next priorities, not just historical charts.
A useful report answers: Are more qualified people finding us? Are they taking action? What did we change? What are we doing next?
