Keep durable service URLs year-round and change emphasis, not architecture, with the season. Rebuilding or replacing URLs every summer and winter throws away continuity.
1. Maintain evergreen pages for AC repair, AC installation, furnace repair, heating, maintenance, and emergency service as applicable.
2. Adjust homepage modules, internal links, banners, and calls to action to feature the most timely services without removing the others.
3. Refresh seasonal FAQs, maintenance advice, financing information, and scheduling expectations when conditions change.
4. Use GBP posts/photos and service updates for timely messaging while keeping core business data stable.
5. Create weather or seasonal content only when it provides useful local advice, not as a stream of thin “summer AC” posts.
6. Compare year-over-year performance because month-to-month demand can be misleading in seasonal trades.
Seasonality should affect merchandising and content freshness more than URL structure. Preserve strong evergreen assets and rotate emphasis around actual customer demand.
