Score relevance as well as visibility. For each prompt, check whether the business fits service scope, geography, customer type, availability claims, and licensing or qualifications where relevant. Log unsupported assertions and follow their cited sources. Correct owned pages and credible profiles that could create confusion, and report both accurate and inaccurate mentions. An unsuitable recommendation can generate bad leads and erode trust; a lower mention count with better factual fit can be a more valuable outcome.
