Keep one canonical source and create channel-specific wrappers around it. The Network discussion should remain the place where the full question, answer, updates, and solution live.
Use a distribution object for each source discussion containing: source URL, source title, key takeaway, audience, approved claims, supporting quote or statistic, CTA, and channel variants.
Then adapt by platform:
LinkedIn: lead with a professional observation or implementation lesson, explain enough context to create value in-feed, then link to the full discussion for the detailed solution.
Facebook: use a more conversational framing, a direct question, or a practical problem/solution summary. Avoid simply pasting the LinkedIn post.
Short-form channels: extract one concrete insight, checklist item, or before/after lesson and use the Network URL as the deeper reference when links are supported.
Reddit or external communities: prioritize native discussion and disclosure. Do not drop a promotional link into unrelated threads. If the source is relevant, explain the problem fully and use the link as supporting context, not as the whole contribution.
Track every distribution instance back to the source discussion. Store platform, post URL/ID, publish date, and engagement so the Network question can show where it was distributed.
This creates a hub-and-spoke system: one durable technical source, multiple channel-native entry points, and one place where future answers and accepted solutions accumulate.
