Choose the URL that most accurately represents the specific business entity and location shown in the profile. For a single-location business, that may be the homepage if the homepage is clearly local. For multi-location businesses, a dedicated location page is usually easier to keep aligned with each profile.

The destination should make several things immediately clear:
- business name and the location/area represented;
- address when the business has a customer-facing location, or accurate service-area language when it does not;
- local phone/contact path;
- hours where appropriate;
- primary services available from that location;
- directions, parking/access information, or service coverage where useful;
- local reviews, staff, project examples, and photos when genuinely tied to the location.

Keep the GBP category/service choices consistent with what the landing page actually supports. Do not point every profile to one generic service page if the page cannot distinguish the locations.

Technical checks matter too: the page should return 200, be indexable, load well on mobile, have a self-referencing canonical, appear in the site's internal location architecture, and avoid tracking redirects that break the final URL.

Use UTM parameters for analytics if desired, but keep the underlying canonical clean. The best GBP landing page is the page that most clearly confirms the entity a searcher just selected and gives them an immediate local next step.
