Separate pages when the service changes the customer intent, scope, pricing factors, or process. Recurring maintenance and move-out cleaning are usually different enough to deserve distinct destinations.

1. Build a main house-cleaning page that explains the company, service area, trust/safety standards, and general process.

2. Create separate pages for high-value distinct services such as deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, recurring plans, or post-construction when actually offered.

3. Use location pages only where market-specific evidence exists, not for every ZIP code.

4. Explain what is included and excluded for each service to reduce poor-fit leads.

5. Add real customer reviews, team/process photos, insurance/bonding claims when accurate, and booking expectations.

6. Track repeat bookings and lead quality by service type, not just initial form volume.

The page architecture should mirror the way customers choose packages. Distinct commercial intent deserves distinct landing pages; minor wording variations do not.
