Represent the business accurately. A service-area business does not need to publish a customer-facing address as if it were a storefront when customers are not served there.
1. Keep the official business/contact information internally consistent across the site and trusted profiles.
2. Use clear service-area language that explains where customers are served.
3. Follow Google Business Profile rules for hiding an address when the location is not customer-facing.
4. Use Organization/LocalBusiness schema that matches visible, supportable information; do not invent location entities for every city served.
5. Create service-area pages only for genuine markets, and make it clear they are areas served rather than branch offices.
6. Ensure phone, hours, contact methods, and service coverage are easy to find even if the street address is not displayed prominently.
Local SEO does not require pretending to have more offices. Accurate entity information and useful service-area content are stronger than synthetic addresses.
