CMSPost Software License Agreement

1. License Grant

CMSPost grants the purchasing customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use CMSPost only for the authorized business, approved installation, subscribed package, and licensed client-domain capacity.

2. Permitted Business Use

The customer may configure branding, users, clients, integrations, themes, publishing settings, and approved system options. Agencies may use CMSPost commercially to provide authorized services to their own clients within the active package limits.

3. Prohibited Copying and Distribution

The customer may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, publish, distribute, transfer, share, or provide CMSPost source code, installation files, update packages, license keys, credentials, private download links, or protected documentation to any unauthorized person or organization.

4. Prohibited Competitive or Derivative Use

The customer may not repackage CMSPost as a competing software product, use proprietary CMSPost code to create a commercial derivative platform for resale, bypass licensing controls, remove ownership notices, or reverse engineer protected components except where applicable law expressly prohibits such a restriction.

5. Screenshots, Recordings, and Confidential Information

Ordinary screenshots of the customer’s own branded client-facing interface may be used for legitimate business demonstrations and support. The customer may not publicly disclose source code, license credentials, private administrative architecture, security controls, non-public setup procedures, or confidential CMSPost functionality without written authorization.

6. License Capacity and Authorized Installations

The customer may use CMSPost only on authorized installations and for the number of client domains included in the active package. Unauthorized duplication, additional installations, credential sharing, or attempts to avoid package limits are prohibited.

7. Five-Year Commercial Term

The commercial license agreement has an initial five-year term unless replaced, renewed, terminated, or otherwise modified in writing. Intellectual-property ownership, confidentiality, non-distribution, payment, enforcement, and other provisions intended to survive will continue after expiration or termination.

8. Recurring Billing and Service Access

Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle until canceled under the applicable billing policy. Failure to maintain an active subscription may suspend updates, support, license validation, downloads, or continued use where permitted by the agreement.

9. Ownership

CMSPost and its licensors retain all ownership rights in the software, source code, protected interfaces, documentation, trademarks, updates, and related intellectual property. Purchasing a subscription or license does not transfer ownership of CMSPost.

10. Authority and Acceptance

The signer confirms that they have authority to bind the purchasing individual, company, or agency and that the typed legal name, initials, checkbox, and Accept Agreement action are intended as an electronic signature and acceptance of this agreement.
