When you request access, CMSPost collects the name, agency name, email, and any optional website or phone number you submit. We record the date, terms version, and whether you separately opted into marketing.
We use registration details to evaluate your request, contact you about demo access, prevent abuse, and administer the demonstration. Promotional messages are sent only when you separately opt in, subject to applicable law.
Registration submissions are stored in a restricted file outside the public website directory. Access should be limited to authorized CMSPost personnel; security depends on correct hosting configuration. This version does not automatically issue accounts or connect third-party AI keys.
Before launch, CMSPost must finalize retention periods, applicable data rights, contact details, and any subprocessors or tracking disclosures. Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting info@cmspost.com.
